Low Carb - Will It Work?

I am having to loose some weight for my health. I am going to try some Low Carb but I am not sure how long. So many people have said they do not like this type of diet. It is spring here in Georgia and I have been walking a mile every day for exercise. I dream of this song it is by
Geoff Smith "Quit my day job". So I can be home full time with the boys and living off the land. Maybe somday. Life happens.

A Cabin in Montana

Not Sure when we I can start

I am still dreaming of podcasting but what happens is life and wow does it pour down around us. I do not have money to buy a mic but I pray someday I can and my hearts desire is to have this podcast. We have had so many unexpected things happen that life has put me at a standstill so I am going to try to blog some and will get the podcast going one of these days.

Video Blogs

I know that many of you have heard of Video Blogs. There are so many interesting things to see and hear. I will post some links when I get a chance. My podcast is still not up and going due to no micraphone. I guess I can use the audio blogger and say a few profound words but time and well life has not permitted it. Did I tell you I have 14 cats !.. They are only some of the animals that live with us. Today I baked a turkey and we made sandwiches. Tonight I go back to work after 2 days off and have a big test to take so I pray I will be rested. Steven will have a birthday on Sunday and Josh will have his on Tuesday. Two of my sons ! It is a blessing to be a mom and I love them so much. Happy Birthday Steven and Josh !

Hello, come on in and have a cup of tea. It is a sunny day, I am so tired working all night but the animals are ready to eat and full of life. The podcast is still in its beginnings. I still have so much to learn. Any help? Well I would be gratefull to say the least. I can use the audio blogger and that will be good. Then how I get it to itunes from here? I am not sure. Well enough rambling. Have a great day and if you have any ideas send me an email.
God bless you today,

Bad News but Not the End of the World

We will not be able to get the new Macbook Pro or a Mac Mini as we had expected. It will always be a dream. Should we start a savings jar? It can be filled up with enough money for the Mac Mini? Life will go on and the Podcast will still start with a windows based computer. Spring is in the air and it always brings new beginnings.

I have been reading a wonderful book called
"Our Homestead Story" "The First Years".
Written by Mr. and M rs. Stephen B. Castleberry of Poplar Wisconsin.

Back in print, with a beautiful new cover! This book is the story of the Castleberry family's decision to opt for a more self-sufficient lifestyle, and how, with absolutely no previous experience, undertook the ultimate "unit study": they bought a farm and began to learn as they went. You'll laugh til you cry, and you'll learn a lot about farm life and about yourself.
